Integr8 Consulting (i8c) is a Belgian IT systems integrator, part of the Cronos Group. We are specialized in connecting administrative IT systems with other internal or cloud systems, partners or mobile and IoT devices, using an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), API Management or similar middleware solution.
To further expand our business, we are looking for a business unit manager/developer, to manage our TIBCO competence centre, which exists out of a team of more than 10 international consultants, working at enterprise level customers such as UCB, Infrabel, Mediahuis, Deutsche Bank, …
Our ambition is to grow this competence centre into the leading European TIBCO service partner, together with one of our Portuguese partners. Our new TIBCO Business Unit Manager/Developer will have the opportunity to become the managing partner of this new Benelux company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the i8c management to continue and expand the business development strategy for the TIBCO business unit
- Collaborate with the various Cronos sales teams to find the right solution for our prospects from both a technical as a project approach perspective
- Act as trusted advisor towards our customers for our active projects
- Act as the SPOC between TIBCO and our business unit
- Grow & coach our team of more than 10 consultants
Profile
- You have at least a basic technical understanding of the integration products of TIBCO: ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks & BPM, BusinessConnect, EMS, Mashery, …
- You are familiar with the concepts in our domain: ESB, API Management, BPM, …
- You are multilingual: knowledge of English is required, preferably also Dutch and French
- Preferably you are living in Belgium, but willing to travel to the Netherlands, Luxemburg and other surrounding countries of Belgium
